Boutique hotels in Khao Takiab
Khao Takiab (Chopstick Mountain) is the large hill located at the southern end of the main Hua Hin beach. If you can drag yourself away from the beach and your legs are up to it, a visit to Khao Takiab will reward you with some beautiful views. Hotels such as Wora Bura and Let's Sea are approximately 5kms away from Hua Hin city centre, but just 1km from Khao Takiab. There may be less to do here in the evening compared to the centre of Hua Hin, but this area is home to some lovely beach-side restaurants and bars and if you do want to go into town it's easy enough to arrange a tuk-tuk.
Wora Bura
Designed as a Thai village with historical features, all of the suites and villas at Wora Bura are named and themed after Thai provinces. The hotel is 1km from Khao Takiab and approximately 6km from the Night Market in central Hua Hin. A hotel shuttle bus together with local tuk-tuks mean that getting into Hua Hin town is easy and so gives guests the best of both worlds allowing you to stay in a quieter area and yet not be completely isolated. Facilities at Wora Bura include two restaurants, a swimming pool, business centre and a kids' club.
